Birthdays are the BEST!

December 5, 2007!! Ethan turned TWO!!!!
We started the morning with present opening followed by a French Toast FEAST! We then played with our new toys all morning long until it was time for a bath, snack and nap. After Ethan woke up from his nap, he chose BOCA for lunch (yes, Ethan LOVES Boca Burgers!), and then we hit the kitchen to bake cupcakes!
Strawberry Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Icing and Sprinkles. Ethan did a great job of pouring all of the ingredients and enjoyed watching the batter get mixed. After carefully placing our cupcakes into the very hot oven, we sat in front of the oven for 20 full minutes with the light on watching them bake. It was oh, so exciting. Ethan's next job was to put the sprinkles on after mama spread the icing. It went well at first until the remaining sprinkles landed on a single cupcake! BUT The best part of making cupcakes is the TASTE TEST! YUM!
Daddy came home very soon after that, and we all hopped in the car for a fun evening of pizza (Ethan's favorite food) and entertainment at Chuck E. Cheese's. GREAT FUN!
After that Ethan got cupcake #2!!!!!!! Of course he wanted MORE!!!!! OF COURSE!!!!!!!
