Mardi Gras! WHOOO HOOO!

Most people don't know of the extent of Mardi Gras celebrations down in Mobile, AL. Of course, we didn't understand it until living down here either, but Mobile prides itself in having the FIRST Mardi Gras celebrations. We even get out of school for it! No complaints here. Anyway... we joined some of the festivities this weekend. Ethan LOVED IT and made out with quite some loot of stuffed animals and toys!

Cake Walk

Ethan has decided to walk!!!!!! It isn't his sole mode of transportation yet, but he's definitely getting there. Here is some video of Ethan walking. Its not the best walking he's done, but its the walking we have on video.




Other Ethan news: Ethan says "shhhhh" in the library. That is after he lets out an ear piercing scream. He loves to show off his belly upon request ( "Ethan show us your belly." ) as well as to point out other body parts.. He does say "eye" along with the other words he's been saying. "Uh oh," "hi," "bye bye" and "ball" are among his favorite words.
